It does not include replacing the sink, replacing countertops, drilling new countertop holes, replacing shutoff valves, moving plumbing, garbage disposal work, repairing drain pipes inside the wall, electrical work, major plumbing work, or professional labor. Leak-check note
After installation, run hot and cold water for a few minutes, test the sprayer or soap dispenser if included, and check the faucet base, supply line connections, hose connections, shutoff valves, and cabinet floor. Recheck after 30 to 60 minutes and again after normal use.

- Bucket, towels or rags, gloves, cleaning supplies, flashlight, and small install supplies

Basic DIY checklist
- Confirm the new faucet and any sprayer or soap dispenser match the sink hole setup before buying.
- Clear the under-sink cabinet and check whether a disposal or drain piping blocks access.
- Shut off hot and cold water and test that the faucet stops flowing before disconnecting anything.
- Disconnect supply lines and remove old mounting hardware carefully from below the sink.
- Install the faucet, route pull-down or sprayer hoses correctly, and connect supply lines without kinking them.
- Run water, check hot and cold operation, test the sprayer if included, then inspect every connection for leaks.
