Project and area planning
See a project snapshot, readiness checks, high-level sequence, dependencies, and one planning package for each saved area.
Build an area-by-area planning package with readiness checks, rough sequence, material and tool guidance, private visual context, safety boundaries, and Print / Save as PDF.
Your planning package
Access stays tied to the private saved-project link. The plan remains rough DIY planning guidance—not a quote, inspection, construction document, or professional approval.
Available in the private prototype
The plan is generated from the areas, rough estimates, previews, and safe asset metadata already stored in your private project workspace.
See a project snapshot, readiness checks, high-level sequence, dependencies, and one planning package for each saved area.
Review rough quantities from saved estimates plus preparation, tool, safety, cleanup, and before-buying checks.
Bring private area reference photos into the planning view without treating them as measurements or inspections.
Reuse accepted area visual concepts as illustrative planning aids alongside the saved project scope.
Create a local copy through the browser print dialog. QuickDIYEstimate does not store a server-generated PDF.
Keep measurement checks, uncertainty, restricted-work boundaries, and when-to-call-a-pro reminders visible.
How it fits together
Rough estimators remain the fast starting point. The private full plan becomes useful after you save several project decisions and organize them by area.
Create a private project workspace or begin with a rough estimate.
Save estimates inside rooms, zones, exterior sections, or other project areas.
Add optional private reference photos and eligible visual concepts by area.
Open the Full DIY Project Plan from the saved-project workspace.
Review the organized plan, then print it or save it locally as a PDF.
Integrated now
Private reference photos and accepted visual concepts can appear beside the area planning package. They remain contextual planning aids and are never presented as measurements, inspection evidence, or guaranteed outcomes.
Still controlled
Opening or printing a plan does not call an AI provider or generate images. Uploaded photos remain unavailable to AI unless a later moderation and consent phase explicitly allows their use.
It does not provide professional inspection, permit or code advice, guaranteed measurements or quantities, unrestricted electrical/plumbing/gas/structural procedures, live shopping carts, retailer recommendations, or CAD drawings.
Start a workspace, add rough estimates by area, then open the private Full DIY Project Plan when you are ready to see the whole project together.
